Our Vision for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging: At Bayberry Inn and O.W.R., our goal is to cultivate an environment that highlights the strengths of our team members and guests. We strive to create a sense of belonging, ensuring that everyone feels safe, valued, heard, and supported. By fostering this atmosphere, we aim to provide a welcoming retreat for all.
Updated May 2026:
Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Oregon Wellness Retreat cannot reimburse costs related to illness, weather, airline delays, transportation disruptions, family emergencies, or other circumstances outside of our control.
To cancel, you must send an email stating that you wish to cancel to: Contact@WellnessCenterBFF.com
If you booked directly with us: The cancellation policy is designed to protect both retreat leaders, facilitators, instructors and all retreat guests (prospective and current). When purchasing a retreat through our site this cancellation policy will apply to your purchase. Before purchasing a retreat, it is your responsibility to thoroughly read and understand clearly the cancellation policy and disclaimers.
It is your responsibility to read and understand our payment/cancellation policy before making a reservation. Please note that because O.W.R. Retreats are limited to a small number of attendees to allow for a more personable, intimate experience, our cancellation policy is in place to help guests and us alike work together and share expenses that may arise from unexpected cancellations.
Naturally, no one books with the intention of canceling or postponing their retreat, but unexpected things do happen. It is up to you if you choose to purchase travel insurance. (O.W.R. does not promote any particular insurance company) . Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. No refunds or credits for failure to attend or failure to complete the retreat, or for arriving late or leaving early.
We suggest you find insurances according to your comfort level...There are companies from which to purchase trip cancellation insurance in order that your trip fees will be covered should you or your family have a medical problem prior to your trip or while on the trip. Or to cover medical expenses in the event you have an accident while on the retreat. Most travel insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation.
If you booked through BookRetreats.com: There is a different cancellation policy. Please refer to your correspondence with them for more information.
Every Oregon Wellness Retreat is personally customized for each guest. Unlike a traditional hotel reservation, retreat planning begins immediately after booking. Your deposit allows us to reserve accommodations, coordinate wellness practitioners, schedule services, secure event tickets, make dining reservations, arrange transportation, and begin building your personalized itinerary.
Because many of these services involve third-party providers and limited availability, we often incur expenses and make commitments on your behalf long before your arrival date. The 50% deposit also reserves your retreat dates and prevents those dates from being offered to other guests.
For these reasons, deposits are non-refundable. However, we understand that life happens. In many situations, we are happy to apply eligible payments toward a future retreat, subject to the credit schedule outlined below.
Please note that there will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays or illness. If you cancel your participation in the retreat for any reason, the cancellation policy below will apply, with no exceptions. Although we would love to be able to compensate people for unforeseen circumstances, once you book with us, we incur expenses that once paid we cannot reacquire. We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance if you have concerns.
If O.W.R. must cancel a scheduled retreat for any reason, you may transfer your full retreat payment to another retreat, or you may request a refund of your payment to us, constituting a full settlement. O.W.R. is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip. Again, if you have any concerns, please purchase travel insurance.
Deposits and Credits may be given according to the following guidelines:
We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. While Oregon Wellness Retreat does not provide cash refunds, eligible payments may be applied as a credit toward a future retreat or another Oregon Wellness Retreat offering.

60–89 days before arrival
22–59 days before arrival

Credits must be used within one year of the original cancellation date.
Oregon Wellness Retreat coordinates accommodations, wellness experiences, transportation assistance, and retreat planning. Psychedelic services are provided separately by licensed providers and facilities operating under their own policies, agreements, and cancellation terms.
If you choose not to participate in a scheduled psilocybin or ketamine session, you may still utilize the accommodations and retreat services arranged through Oregon Wellness Retreat during your reserved dates. Any credits or cancellations related to Oregon Wellness Retreat services will follow the cancellation schedule above.
Fees paid directly to psychedelic facilitators, service centers, medical providers, clinics, or other third-party providers are governed by their individual policies and are not controlled by Oregon Wellness Retreat.

If you have been diagnosed with a mental illness that may pose self or others, a threat to yourself, and are currently refusing treatment, we kindly ask you not to consider our retreats. Our OWR Intensive Workshops are designed for your emotions and perceptions, which may trigger emotional states. Therefore, if your doctor has recently changed your medication, we request that you wait for a few weeks before attending one of our retreats to ensure your medications and mental state are stable. This will enable you and others to make the most of the experiences here. If you need immediate assistance, please get in touch with The National Alliance on Mental Illness at 855.879.5439. They can guide you on where to start your recovery.
Our Wellness Center is located in a beautiful area, but it is also known for its "Smoke season." oke from wildfires from California to Washington can occasionally settle here. If you are concerned about the impact of this on your health, we recommend that you plan your visit for a time when the air quality is not an issue.
If you need immediate help, please reach out to the following national hotlines for support with issues such as suicide prevention, domestic violence, drug dependency, and more.
