If you booked directly with us: The cancellation policy is designed to protect both retreat leaders, facilitators, instructors and all retreat guests (prospective and current). When purchasing a retreat through our site this cancellation policy will apply to your purchase. Before purchasing a retreat, it is your responsibility to thoroughly read and understand clearly the cancellation policy and disclaimers.

It is your responsibility to read and understand our payment/cancellation policy before making a reservation. Please note that because O.W.R. Retreats are limited to a small number of attendees to allow for a more personable, intimate experience, our cancellation policy is in place to help guests and us alike work together and share expenses that may arise from unexpected cancellations.

   Naturally, no one books with the intention of canceling or postponing their retreat, but unexpected things do happen. It is up to you if you choose to purchase travel insurance. (O.W.R. does not promote any particular insurance company) . Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. No refunds or credits for failure to attend or failure to complete the retreat, or for arriving late or leaving early. 

   We suggest you find insurances according to your comfort level...There are companies from which to purchase trip cancellation insurance in order that your trip fees will be covered should you or your family have a medical problem prior to your trip or while on the trip. Or to cover medical expenses in the event you have an accident while on the retreat. Most travel insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation.

If you booked through BookRetreats.com:  There is a different cancellation policy. Please refer to your correspondence with them for more information.

Please note that there will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays or illness. If you cancel your participation in the retreat for any reason, the cancellation policy below will apply, with no exceptions. Although we would love to be able to compensate people for unforeseen circumstances, once you book with us, we incur expenses that once paid we cannot reacquire. We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance if you have concerns.

If  O.W.R. must cancel a scheduled retreat for any reason, you may transfer your full retreat payment to another retreat, or you may request a refund of your payment to us, constituting a full settlement. O.W.R. is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip. Again, if you have any concerns, please purchase travel insurance.

Deposits and Credits may be given according to the following guidelines:

·  50% of the total OWR package must be paid at the time of booking.

·  Once the deposit is collected, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will include your room name, retreat dates, policies, and any balances paid or owed by you. 

• All OWR fees must be paid at the time of booking or at least three weeks before your arrival date, whichever comes last. 
• While we don't offer refunds on the 50% deposit, we're happy to reschedule or cancel your retreat and give you a credit that must be used within one year from the date of cancellation.

·  Retreat Bookings: If you wish to cancel your participation in one of our retreats, please notify us in writing, to Contact@WellnessCenterBFF.com,  at least three weeks prior to the scheduled start date. 

We adhere to a non-refund policy; however, a portion of the payment made may be applied to a later retreat date or to a different offer we provide. 

• ·  If the cancellation or need to change a booked date at least 90 days in advance, 100% of any payment received may be applied to another retreat/different offer.
• ·  If the cancellation or need to change a booked date within 60 – 89 days before the retreat date, 75% of the payment shall be applied to another retreat/different offer. 25% paid shall be forfeited.
• ·  If the cancellation or need to change a booked date within 22 – 59 days before the retreat start date, 50% of the payment received shall be applied to another retreat/different offer. 50% paid shall be forfeited.
• ·  If you need to cancel or change your booked date within 21 days of the retreat, you will forfeit 100% of the money paid. If there is an outstanding balance due, OWR reserves the right to invoice you for the remaining amount.

·  What If I Change My Mind About Participating in Psilocybin?

OWR Retreat Fees:  If you choose not to participate in the psilocybin sessions, you are still welcome to enjoy your accommodations and other planned retreat experiences that have been arranged for you by OWR during your scheduled dates. (Room, meals, spa treatments). Taking advantage of the same cancelation/credit scale in the above section.

Psilocybin Facility Fees: The fees and service charges associated with the Psilocybin facility are governed by their own set of policies at the facility we partner with. These fees are NOT collected by OWR. (Psilocybin Facilitator, facility rental, and mushrooms)

Thank you for considering participating in a retreat offered by Oregon Wellness Retreat. However, before you decide to take part in any of our retreats, it is important that you understand and agree to certain conditions.

By participating in any retreat organized by Oregon Wellness Retreat, you acknowledge that you are doing so at your own risk. You are voluntarily engaging in these activities and assume all risks of injury to yourself. Additionally, you agree to release Oregon Wellness Retreat from all claims or causes of action, known or unknown, that may arise from negligence. It is advisable to consult with your physician before starting any new regimens or activities. OWR is not a medical facility.

• ·  By choosing to participate in a retreat offered by Oregon Wellness Retreat, you agree to the following: Retreat activities are an individual experience. You will progress at your own pace, and if you experience any pain or discomfort, you will listen to your body and/or stop and rest when needed.
• ·  You understand there is an inherent risk associated with certain activities and/or classes, including your voluntary participation in these activities that may result in injury. You understand and are aware that the components of certain activities are potentially hazardous and may cause injury.
• ·  You acknowledge that you have either 1.) had a physical examination and/or have been given permission from your physician to participate in a retreat program or 2.) you have decided to participate in a retreat program voluntarily and without the approval of your physician and do hereby assume all responsibility for your participation in the activities associated with your chosen O.W.R. experience.
• ·  You, your heirs, and legal representatives do hereby forever waive and release Oregon Wellness Retreat, its members, facilitators, agents, and employees from all liability and responsibility from injury, accident, illness, legal and medical fees sustained now or in the future resulting from your participation in any O.W.R. activities.
• ·  You understand that O.W.R. is not a licensed medical care provider and represents that it has no expertise in diagnosing, examining, or treating medical conditions of any kind or in determining the effect of any specific exercise or medical regimen on a medical condition on any individual.
• ·  You understand that all practitioners and facilitators partnered with OWR are sole proprietors or licensed small businesses. They hold their own licenses and insurance and are contracted by OWR to perform their services.
• ·  You also understand that your body’s chemistry, medications, environment, medical history, family history, and other factors can influence how your personal chemistry interacts with both Western and Eastern medical practices. The actual effects can vary widely, much like an individual’s dietary preferences.

• ·   At OWR by BFF we are so proud to offer you the best that our community has to offer from practitioners, spas, classes, and more. We love partnering with so many great small and locally owned businesses to bring you the most thoughtful experiences!
• ·  OWR has NO guarantees concerning other businesses’ policies, normal interruptions with your travel accommodations, or circumstances outside of our control. We will always do our best to work with you and discover the best solution for Extenuating Circumstances that may arise. 
• ·  Please note that all practitioners and facilitators partnered with OWR operate as sole proprietors or other licensed small businesses. They are responsible for their own regulations, licenses, and insurance.
• ·  If you feel uncomfortable with any facilitator/experience that OWR has arranged for you, you have every right to refuse their services, request credentials, or ask for a change in your itinerary.
• ·  You are always in charge of what happens with your own body and experiences while with us.
• ·  You understand that your participation in every activity planned for you is completely voluntary.
