How do I know which retreat is right for me?
Browse our site, choose a package, and give us a call. Or, if you are not able to decide…No worries! Give us a call. At that time, we will discuss your questions, goals, interests, and what dates you are looking for!
O.W.R. "Experience Retreats" are specifically and individually planned, per couple, there are no two that are exactly alike.
Our “Anytime Retreats” descriptions are samples of what yours could include.
Our "Immersion Retreats" are for multiple guests for the same time period. During these workshops, the Inn is closed to all other guests, and facilities are reserved for the particular course being run. And are held periodically throughout the year. Call or email your interest and we may be able to build one for your timeline!
"Couples Retreats" are diverse and focus on everything from relaxation to connection-building to adventure!
When do we know what our personal itinerary will be?
When you check into your room at The Bayberry your personal retreat itinerary will be waiting for you. During your phone consultation we will discuss what activities you would be most interested in, any dietary restrictions, special accommodations, celebrations, and so on.
After you have secured your travel plans to get here- we will have a follow up conversation about scheduling adjustments (for day of arrival) and transportation needs.

Want a simple Bed & Breakfast experience?
Stay at the award-winning Bayberry Inn during your all-inclusive retreat or just for a night. Experience a beautiful room, comfortable bed, and delicious breakfast! This accommodation option, the B&B, is not all-inclusive. It is simply an alternative way to stay with us. Check availability for our B&B stays here.
What is the Cancellation Policy?
Read the Refund, cancellation, and rescheduling policy here. You must acknowledge reading policies prior to booking your retreat. We are not affiliated with any travel insurance agency. However, some guests choose to get travel insurance for their retreats.

These destinations have DIRECT flights in MFR
We are NOT affiliated with any airlines. This is just some helpful info. Alaska and Delta are the 2 prominent airlines flying into Medford. You may find the best options with them. From personal experience...there are other cheaper airlines but please check on their cancellation ratios to decide what's best for you.
Getting Here & Getting Around
If you are driving yourself …. Please use caution driving in town. We have deer everywhere and they are not afraid of strolling in the road.
Our “chauffeuring” is an add-on service for our All-inclusive retreat guests. We are NOT a professional driving service. We are your facilitators/hosts for your stay. We will coordinate with you the best we can to fit your needs.
Ashland is only a few minutes from MFR Medford, Oregon Airport. If you wish to have your own vehicle: No problem we offer free parking on site and even free use of our EV Charger (bring your own plug).
Flying? Did you know you can be here in 2 hours, from many locations!? MFR offers nonstop flights from 7 different airlines. Including from 13 cities in California, Arizona, Utah, Nevada, and Colorado!
That’s right! Simple and direct. Hop on a plane and a couple hours later you are here. See you soon!
