HYPNOSIS is a powerful practice to explore the subconscious mind and/or past-life memories. In fact, all hypnosis is self-hypnosis, because you are in a safe and sacred space and in control of the entire experience. Now recognized worldwide as a method for accessing inner wisdom, healing unresolved patterns, and exploring multi-dimensional consciousness, the sessions focus on deeply relaxing, specifically guided journeys to access information that can support healing. 

Each session is custom created for you and begins with an initial interview (online or in-person), to demystify the process and support you in having a clear intention for the outcome. Hypnotherapists utilize powerful NLP (Neuro-linguistic Programming) tools to support the release of old patterns. This is followed by what is known as the induction, which guides you into a deep brain wave state of expanded awareness and finally, an integration review to identify your greatest take- aways including specific action steps to support you in manifesting your goals and dreams. 

Regression in hypnotherapy—often called age regression—is a technique where a therapist uses hypnosis to guide a client back to past memories. The goal is to uncover the root cause of current emotional, behavioral, or physical issues and reframe them at a subconscious level to promote healing.  

REGRESSIONS are 4-6 hours, which can be a life changing opportunity for expanding your understanding about who you truly are and your soul’s purpose. Your sessions will be recorded on Zoom, just for you, 

including a summary of key points and uncovered patterns with action steps to move you forward.
