Through a variety of activities, you will learn to sharpen your senses and heighten your awareness, enabling you to see, hear, smell, taste, and feel the world in a more vibrant way.
During the retreat, you will be surrounded by a supportive community of like-minded individuals, all seeking to maximize their potential and live life to the fullest. You will have the opportunity to engage in ancient vibration practices, holistic care, bodywork, gourmet foods, art expression, and mineral waters, all of which will help you to focus on the present moment. Additionally, you will be able to participate in nature walks, guided sensory experiences, and other activities that will help you to deepen your connection with the world around you. You will also choose a relaxing 90-minute private therapy session such as massage, reiki, or acupuncture.
By the end of the retreat, you may gain a new perspective on aspects of your life and the world around you! You will be equipped with tools and knowledge to continue living a life filled with wonder and gratitude. Based on availability, your accommodations will be at the award winning Bayberry Inn and Retreat. 5 nights included. Additional nights option for 10% of standard B&B rates.
All of our beautiful rooms have en suite full bathrooms, closets, robes, luxury toiletries, tv with streaming services, comfy bedding, and sitting areas.
Bayberry Inn is known for its multi course, chef created, locally sourced meals. You will start each day in the dining room for this 9am service. Gluten free/ vegetarian/ non dairy options available.
In addition to our locally roasted fresh brewed coffee each morning- you also have at your disposal our fully stocked refreshments bar and guest kitchenette. Lovely assortment of teas and coffee mix ins. Refrigerators, microwave, and dishware.
Downtown Ashland mirrors something out of a Norman Rockwell painting. Full of boutiques, restaurants, coffee shops, specialty stores, and leisure shopping....Enjoy our town! And keep an eye out for the MANY historic Victorian homes and neighborhood deer.
