Your lovely accommodations will include a private room, private or shared bathroom, climate controlled comfortable space with free wifi, parking, and close to Downtown Ashland Plaza
Gourmet multi course on-site breakfast each morning
Bayberry Inn Bed & Breakfast is known for its multi course, chef inspired, locally sourced meals. You will start each day in the dining room for this 9am buffet service. Gluten free/ vegetarian/ nondairy options available.
24 hour coffee/tea/hot chocolate bar.(& Snacks)
In addition to our locally roasted fresh brewed coffee each morning- you also have at your disposal our fully stocked refreshments bar and guest kitchenette. Lovely assortment of gourmet teas, coffee, and mixin’s. Filter waters, refrigerators, microwave, and dish-wares. Snacks and drinks well stocked for your entire stay. Help yourself to all you want!
Dining in Downtown Ashland Plaza
We will have 17 meals together this week! (8 for the 4 day retreat) Ashland is known for its eclectic array of food, art, and music. The class will eat at least one meal off site per day. We choose only the best and most sought-after restaurant experiences for you. Tables are reserved exclusively for O.W.R. guests.
Meals On-Site
All meals, that are prepared onsite , are by Bayberry's own food artist. All ingredients are fresh and locally sourced, when available. Please, let us know about any food allergies ahead of time.
Welcome Reception
Let's get to know each other! On the day of your arrival, you will be greeted by a late afternoon reception in the main dining area. Meet your hosts, some of your artists for the week, and one another. You will all become very close this week. Living, learning, dining, and creating together. Might as well start the familiarities now :)
Transportation
If you require transportation while with us, let us know. We can accommodate to and from Medford airport and transportation to all our scheduled activities. * If you wish to bring your own vehicle...parking is free and on-site. We even have an EV charger, for you :)
All Art Supplies
Every Artists needs good tools! Most retreats have supply kits for you to purchase upon arrival...At O.W.R. every single supply you will need will be provided to you! There will be NO up charges. NO surprise fees. NO hidden agenda or added expenses. Just relax, enjoy, and CREATE.
* You will be greeted by your very own beautiful artist elements supply kit, that is your to keep! Take it home and continue to explore YOUR favorite medium that you learned about this week. :)

Ashland, OR was recently awarded this title! The art, culture, music, and theater scenes here are unlike any other. Congratulations! You will learn from some of the Great Artists that helped to give us this title! In your class of about 4-8 persons, you will spend each instruction day with an experienced local artist. Intimate class size & hands on implementation will aid you in completing your own pieces while you learn from these accomplished professionals.
Finished Works of Art
The exact mediums you will be learning and the specific professional artists you will be learning from, will be a surprise! As, O.W.R. retreats happen intermittently throughout the year and the focus changes with availability of the Experts in the field. You will go home with your very own finished pieces!
Besides going home with your own artwork, you will be returning home inspired, with a new passion, and appreciation for which ever medium you continue to explore. *And your own artist tools
Nourished Self & Relationships
Whether you come alone or with someone (BFF, partner, sibling, spouse.) In addition, to the awakenings and curiosity’s you will experience this week, you will also get close with others.
